It is prospected that the study findings will not only be of academic concern, but will also be beneficial for industry leaders and practitioners in practical application. The research is of special value to those businesses within the hotel industry and concerns managers of hotels, as well as investors to hotels, students from hospitality related fields, and governmental authorities. The results of the study would:  Help improve the understanding of crisis management practices and their effectiveness in the hotel industry.
