For the past 33 years the world has been doing a lot of researches for gaining more and more information on HIV / AIDS but achieve least to find out any medical cure for the killer epidemic AIDS. The epidemic has now spread to all regions of the world clearly establishing itself, in a relatively short period of time as an unprecedented health problem with enormous social, medical and economic implications. Each year there are more and more new HIV infections, which shows that people either are not learning the message about the dangers of HIV or are unable or unwilling to act on it, Many people are ignorant about the virus HIV, having negative attitude towards AIDS affected people, poor perception towards any preventive approach for AIDS. Therefore, they need to educate on the epidemic. Education is an important component of preventing the spread of HIV / AIDS. Even if education were completely successful, it would still have to be an ongoing process. Studies on the spread of HIV have established that young people are highly susceptible to HIV infection. ICE is the most effective tool for developing AIDS awareness among them and developing positive attitude in them.
