В первой части книги представлены собственные экспериментальные данные о роли клеточных трипсиноподобных протеиназ и их ингибиторов в последовательности действий в клетках, зараженных вирусами гриппа А и В. Разработаны методы получения ферментов и их ингибитор, изучено их действие на расщепление и блокировку гемагглютинина вируса гриппа in vitro и in vivo. Обоснована возможность получения противовирусного препарата для человека. Вторая часть монографии посвящена изучению роли протеолитических ферментов крови человека и получению противовирусного препарата от гриппа из отходов гамма-глобулиновой промышленности.
