Cette prolifération normative constitue une source de menaces pour les entreprises. Afin de se prémunir contre le risque de sanction (financière, réputation) découlant de la non-conformité, l'entreprise est invitée à se doter de systèmes de surveillance de l'environnement réglementaire souvent en réponse à des exigences de certification. Ce mémoire aborde la question de la professionnalisation de la veille réglementaire à travers la méthode qualitative. Le cadre d'analyse fait le tour de la littérature et apporte des réponses aux principales questions de recherche relatives notamment aux manquements (disfonctionnements) des systèmes d'information, les besoins les plus courants en matière d'information juridique et réglementaire ainsi que la manière de répondre à ces besoins. La recherche principalement axée sur l'étude de cas utilise des techniques de recherche combinant et l'entretien et la consultation documentaire. A partir des résultats obtenus, une optimisation du système d'information est proposée.
