Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Lernprozess der Studierenden im Praktikum der LehrerInnenausbildung. Mittels Fragebogen wurde das Kooperative Lernen in den Praxisgruppen erhoben. Es interessiert dabei in welcher Form die Studierenden davon profitieren. Die Befragung richtete sich an 36 Praxislehrpersonen und 65 Studierende. Geprüft wurde, ob die Kriterien für Kooperatives Lernen, positive Abhängigkeit, individuelle Verantwortung, hilfreiche Face to Face Interaktion, soziale Fähigkeiten und Reflexion der Gruppenprozesse im Praktikum erfüllt werden. Des Weiteren wurde überprüft, ob sich ein Zusammenhang zwischen Kooperativem Lernen und den subjektiven Lernergebnissen der Studierenden finden lässt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass sich die Organisationsform, zwei Studierende und eine Lehrperson bilden ein Team, bewährt hat. Es konnte an Hand der Kriterien nachgewiesen werden, dass kooperativ gelernt wird. Der gemeinsame Lernprozess beeinflusst in Teilbereichen die subjektiven Lernergebnisse der Studierenden.
