Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt das methodische Vorgehen bei der Implementierung des zweidimensionalen Qualitätsmanagementsystems WfbM Qualität Plus, welches speziell für Werkstätten für behinderte Menschen (WfbM) entwickelt worden ist. Hierfür wird eine Modifizierung des gängigen Prozessmodells um eine zweite Kundendimension vorgeschlagen, so dass die Prozessstruktur einerseits den Bereich der Sozialen Dienstleistung "Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben", andererseits den Bereich "Fertigung und Dienstleistungserbringung" berücksichtigt. Mit dieser WfbM Qualität Plus-Systematik kann eine Zertifizierung in beiden Geltungsbereichen erreicht, und zur rehabilitativ-ökonomischen Balance der Werkstätten für behinderte Menschen beitragen werden.
