EWR - Erziehungswissenschaftliche Revue, 4-2011 Book Description Die Genese von Interesse an Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung From the Back Cover Aufbauend auf Theorien und Forschungsergebnissen zu Bildungsinteressen geht Anke Grotlüschen der Frage nach, wie Interesse entsteht und verläuft und diskutiert die Rahmenbedingungen einer erneuerten pädagogischen Interessetheorie. Die Arbeit fußt auf pragmatistischer, subjektwissenschaftlicher und habitustheoretischer Theorie, die zu einem Zweiachsenmodell der Interessegenese führt. Drei empirische Annäherungen stützen zwei zentrale Thesen: Interesse durchläuft die Phasen der Latenz, der Expansion und der Kompetenz (Interessephasen). Es entsteht und vergeht nur langsam (Interesseträgheit). Die Autorin zeigt, dass die Entstehung von Lerninteressen und Lernwiderständen auf die umgebende Welt in differenzierbarer Weise bezogen sind. Dennoch sind sie zugleich unabdingbar an eine subjektiv empfundene Selbstbestimmung gebunden. Beide Elemente – der äußere Anstoß und die subjektiv erlebte Selbstbestimmung – charakterisieren das Phänomen Interesse. Das Buch wendet sich an Dozierende und Studierende der Soziologie und der Erziehungswissenschaft sowie an Personen, die in ihrem beruflichen Umfeld mit der Erwachsenenbildung befasst sind. About the Author Dr. Anke Grotlüschen ist Professorin für Erwachsenenbildung in kulturellen und sozialen Kontexten an der Universität Hamburg, Arbeitsbereich Lebenslanges Lernen. Aktuelle Schwerpunkte sind Literalitätsforschung, Interesseforschung und E-Learning in der Erwachsenenbildung.
