Unterrepräsentanz von Frauen im Management ist trotz vielfacher Bemühungen in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft evident. Diese Aufgabe muß offensichtlich vom Personalmanagement der einzelenen Unternehmen gelöst werden. Chritiane Autenrieth überprüft auf der Basis einer empirischen Studie in bundesdeutschen Unternehmen die bisherigen Erklärungen zur Unterrepräsentanz von Frauen im Management. In Ableitung eines Human- Resource-Ansatzes für das Personalwesen wird gezeigt, daß die Förderung von weiblicher Führungs- und Führungsnachwuchskräfte einer Personalpolitik der Differenzierung und Integration bedarf. Nur ein derart integriertes Personal management kann den nötigen Wandel bei den Entscheidungsträgern und damit in der Struktur und Kultur der Organisation herbeiführen. Verzeichnis: In Ableitung eines Human-Resource-Ansatzes für das Personalwesen wird gezeigt, daß die Förderung weiblicher Führungs- und Führungsnachwuchskräfte einer Personalpolitik der Differenzierung und Integration bedarf.
