Product Description O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a Modelagem de uma Ferramenta de Autoria Colaborativa para comunidades de aprendizagem com características baseadas nos estudos da teoria do conhecimento e da modelagem da interatividade humana. O estudo aborda ainda o contexto tecnológico da sociedade atual, tendendo para as características e atitudes dos sujeitos sociais, analisando a importância dos conceitos sócio-interacionistas, tendendo para o conceito das comunidades de aprendizagem. Para a Modelagem da Ferramenta são apresentados gráficos e diagramas da Linguagem Unificada de Modelagem (UML) que apresentam de forma clara e precisa a estrutura do sistema, para que educadores e estudiosos, mesmo sem o conhecimento profundo em informática, possam entender o funcionamento do ambiente. A idéia deste estudo surgiu a partir da observação dos diversos softwares desenvolvidos para cursos de Educação à Distância e se evidenciou que são insuficientes as ferramentas existentes para construção do conhecimento coletivo, capazes de compor um Sistema de Educação a Distancia numa abordagem de comunidades de aprendizagem. About the Author O autor é graduado em Processamento de Dados pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (1986), Especialista em Educação e as novas Tecnologias da Comunicação e Informação pela Uneb (2002), Mestre em Modelagem Computacional pela Fundação Visconde de Cairu (2006) e Doutorando em Difusão do Conhecimento pela Ufba. Atualmente é professor Assistente da Uneb.
