Supply Chain Performance Measurement -: a tool for achieving excellence

The objectives of this book are to understand performance measurement and its significance in supply chain management. This book gives an overview of different performance measurement frameworks that can be applied to measure and improve the supply chains. More specifically, this book provides the supply chain decision makers, information to the following questions: i) What is performance management? How is it measured? Ii.) What is Supply chain performance measurement? What are various issues and challenges in implementing it?
