About the Author Professor JIUPING XU is affiliated to the Sichuan University, Business School. China. His research interests are in the fields of energy development, circular economy, water resources management, low-carbon and environmental issues, civil engineering and management, and integrated systems of health management. Mitsuo Gen is a senior research scientist at Fuzzy Logic Systems Institute & Tokyo University of Science, Tokyo, Japan. He holds many professor positions in different institutions in USA and Asia. His research interests are on Soft Computing Techniques (Fuzzy Logic, Evolutional Algorithms & Artificial Neural Network); Applications to Intelligent Manufacturing and Logistics Systems. Professor Fang Lee Cooke serves as associate dean of Business School of Monash University. She is a Professor of Human Resource Management and Asia Studies in the Department of Management.
