This book examines the impact of digital innovation on organizations. It reveals how the digital revolution is redefining traditional levels of analysis while at the same time blurring the internal and external boundaries of the organizational environment. It presents a collection of research papers that examine the interaction between Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and behavior from a threefold perspective: First, they analyze individual behavior in terms of specific organizational practices like learning, collaboration and knowledge transfer, as well as the use of ICT within the organization. About the Author Fabrizio D’Ascenzo is full professor of Production Management and ICT in the Faculty of Economics at Sapienza University of Rome. He is currently Director of the Department of Management, Director of the Research Centre "ImpreSapiens", Director of the Master Program in Technologies and Innovation Management of the Faculty of Economics and Director of the post graduate degree in European Projects. Prof. D’Ascenzo is also Delegate of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics for the activities of guidance, tutoring and placement as well as Delegate of the Rector for industry relationships. He is also the scientific director of the project "Campus Mentis" conducted by Sapienza University on behalf of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
