Federica Diémoz est professeure de dialectologie galloromane et de sociolinguistique à l'Université de Neuchâtel (Suisse) où elle dirige le Centre de dialectologie et d'étude du français régional. Auteure de nombreuses publications sur la micro-variation grammaticale des systèmes linguistiques francoprovençaux dans le cadre des langues romanes, elle est responsable de plusieurs projets axés sur la variation sociolinguistique du français en Suisse romande.
