About the Author Franck Neveu est Professeur de Linguistique française à l'Université de Paris-Sorbonne (Paris IV), et Directeur de l'Institut de Linguistique Française, fédération de recherche du CNRS. Il a enseigné pendant une dizaine d'années à l'Université de Caen, où il a dirigé le laboratoire CRISCO. Il a consacré de nombreuses publications au détachement, à la terminologie linguistique, aux notions grammaticales, et au discours linguistique. Peter Blumenthal est Professeur à l'Institut des langues romanes de l'Université de Cologne. Il travaille sur la combinatoire des mots en français et italien (figement, collocations, valence, etc.) et s'intéresse en particulier aux aspects stylistiques et variationnistes de ce domaine. Nicole Le Querler est Professeur de Sciences du langage à l'Université de Caen Basse-Normandie. Son domaine de spécialité est la linguistique française (syntaxe et sémantique du français moderne). Elle est l'auteur de plusieurs ouvrages, dont Typologie des modalités, Les Périphrases verbales, Traits d'union. Elle codirige la revue Syntaxe et Sémantique.
