About the Author Oyeyemi Adegbite has a PhD in Strategic Management from Cranfield University (UK). Dr. Adegbite is founder and former CEO of Enterprise Consulting Group (ECG). During the course of his consulting career, Dr. Adegbite undertook several high profile assignments on behalf of ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) of both the Federal and State Governments in Nigeria. He also consulted widely for several international organizations and agencies including the World Bank Group, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), and the European Commission (EU). His work has been published in several international journals.
