She has worked as an organizational consultant, has a master’s degree in work and organizational psychology and D.Phil. in psychiatry. She has conducted and coordinated multiple European research projects in academic medicine and international networks in healthcare. Her main interest is research supervision, and her publications have focused on the relations between organizational factors, health, wellbeing and performance among personnel in emergency and healthcare services.
