Springer Fostering Interpersonal Skills in a Healthcare Context: Innovating in Specialized Education for Preceptors and Residents

This professional book reports on the development, implementation, evaluation, and further improvement of an innovative training program for preceptors (tutors) and residents in a specific healthcare context.
