About the Author Bahman Jabbari M.D. is Emeritus Professor of Neurology, Yale University School of Medicine.  He was the director of Botulinum Treatment Program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center (1990-2004) and Yale University school of Medicine (2004-2015).  His experience with botulinum toxin therapy with a large volume of patients extends over 25 years.
