About the Author Guido Noto holds a PhD in Business and Public Management at the University of Palermo. After a post-doc research experience at the Institute of Management of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna (Pisa), he is now assistant professor at University of Messina. His research interests are related to performance management in the public sector.
