About the Author Richard Volpe is Projects Director of Life Span Adaptation Projects at the Laidlaw Research Centre of the Dr. Eric Jackman Institute of Child Study, and Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology and Human Development of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
