About the Author Michalis Doumpos is Professor at the School of Production Engineering and Management of the Technical University of Crete, Greece. His research interests include multiple criteria decision making, decision support systems, business analytics, financial risk management, and energy economics. He has published more than 90 papers in premier research journals and co-authored more than 10 books in international publishers. José Rui Figueira is an Associate Professor with Habilitation at Instituto Superior Técnico of the University of Lisbon, Portugal. His research interests include multiple criteria decision analysis, multi-objective optimization, integer programming, and combinatorial optimization. He has published more than 80 papers in premier research journals and he is currently one of co-coordinators of the EURO Working Group on Multiple Criteria Decision Aiding. In recognition of his research work, he received the Gold Medal from the International Society on Multiple Criteria Decision Making. Salvatore Greco is Professor at the Department of Economics and Business of the University of Catania, Italy, and part time professor at the Portsmouth Business School of the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. His research interests include multiple criteria decision aiding, rough set, non-additive integrals, evolutionary multi-objective optimization. He has published more than 100 papers in premier research journals and he is currently one of the co-coordinators of the EURO Working Group on Multiple Criteria Decision Aiding.
