About the Author Moacir de Miranda Oliveira, Jr. is Full Professor and Head of the Business Administration Department at University of São Paulo, Brazil. Fernanda Ribeiro Cahen is Visiting Researcher at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, USA - and Assistant Professor of Management at Centro Universitario FEI, Brazil. Felipe Mendes Borini is Associate Professor at University of São Paulo, Brazil and at Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM), Brazil.
