Le droit et, plus fondamentalement, l'Etat de droit n'ont pas échappé aux perturbations importantes provoquées par cette pandémie. Une série de mesures prises par notre gouvernement doté des pouvoirs spéciaux, interpellent les fondements mêmes de notre structure d'Etat de droit. N'était-ce qu'un "mauvais et nécessaire moment à passer" ou cette crise du Covid-19 aura-t-elle comme conséquence de bouleverser sur le long terme nos valeurs ? Avons-nous assisté à un nouveau lobbying juridique qui aurait profité de la crise pour faire bouger de façon structurelle certaines grandes lignes du droit ? Telles sont les questions au coeur du présent ouvrage et auxquelles les auteurs apportent des éléments de réponse en prenant le recul nécessaire pour analyser les conséquences juridiques de la crise. Leur objectif est également d'envisager l'avenir et d'imaginer des balises pour que cette crise inédite soit un tremplin vers une société meilleure plutôt que l'esquisse d'un rétrécissement de nos espaces de liberté.
