Essentials in Clinical Pharmacokinetics: Concepts, Dose Optimization, and Biologics

I also released a hardcover version of this book with a higher price but better paper quality] This book provides essentials in clinical pharmacokinetics and serves as a useful tool for readers interested in this topic. This book has three parts : Part I (Chapters 1-4) covers fundamental concepts; Part II (Chapters 5-11) introduces dose optimization under various scenarios; and Part III (Chapters 12-16) covers biological products, including antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), small interfering RNAs (siRNAs), and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. This book was written in an unconventional way, with the goal of being engaging and informative. In this book, I provided many case examples, magazine interviews, interesting real-world stories, etc. I hope readers will find this book useful and provide comments, good or bad, so that I can continue improving this book.
