About the Author Kimberly Frazier earned her Ph.D. in speech-language pathology and audiology at the University of South Carolina. Dr. Frazier is an associate professor and coordinator of the Communication Disorders Program at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where she has taught courses in language disorders in children, normal phonology and articulatory processes, and social-pragmatic language disorders. Her writing has been featured in the Journal of Educational Research and Policy Studies, the International Journal of Arts and Sciences, and the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders. Dr. Frazier is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
