Wing, JD, lives with his wife, Gretchen, and their two children, McKenzie and Casey, on Lopez Island in the State of Washington. He teaches courses on constitutional law and health law at the School of Law at Seattle University. Before moving to Washington, Professor Wing taught for 13 years at the School of Law and the School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His prior work experience includes two years with the Department of Health in California and three years with the National Health Law Program, a legal services backup center in Los Angeles, California. He is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz; Harvard Law School; and Harvard School of Public Health.
