He has published widely and often, and is currently completing a ten-volume sequence, Inside Selfhood and History, which brings together issues of aesthetics and practical morality. At present, he is working on the morality of writing, which is constantly a choice among expressions. His lifetime opus constitutes a major contribution to the understanding and expression of the human sciences.
