He has two post-doctoral in Technology Innovation Clusters from University of Quebec (Canada) and in Knowledge and Technology Innovation in Natural Resources Industries from University Adolfo Ibañez (Chile). His research projects focus on biotechnology, nanotechnology and bio materias management, technological innovation, clusters, knowledge in natural resources and public policies. He is professor of technology and innovation management at the University Talca (Chile) and consultant for World Bank, United Nations, IDRC, Statistics Canada and many multinationals firms. Honors: “Who’s Who in the World”, “Top 100 Scientists 2011” International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England. “2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century – 2011”. International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England. "Bright Minds - Brain World Class". One of the 10's most influential researchers of Chile in Economics and Management (according to international citation index ISI).Jingyuan Zhao is a research fellow at University of Toronto, Canada. She was a professor at Beijing Union University (China). She obtained her PhD in Management Science and Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China (China) and completed a postdoctoral program in Management of Technology from University of Quebec at Montreal (Canada). Dr. Zhao?s expertise is on regional innovation system, high-tech industry cluster, knowledge management, technology diffusion, organizational learning.
