About the Author Tiffany Morey is an instructor in the Criminology and Criminal Justice Department at Southern Oregon University. She holds a master's degree in organizational management with an emphasis in human resources from Capella University. Morey received additional training in the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University and earned a crime scene investigator license in forensic science.
