It situates the case studies in existing literature and provides practical guidance for enacting courageous communication in professional settings. About the Author Alexander Lyon (PhD, University of Colorado, Boulder) is Associate Professor at The College at Brockport, State University of New York. His research has appeared in Communication Monographs, Management Communication Quarterly, Journal of Applied Communication Research, and others, as well as in numerous book chapters.
