Sage Publications Developing a Learning Culture in Nonprofit Organizations

Nonprofit organizations are under increasing pressure to demonstrate impact and that the funds raised to operate their organizations are maximized and used effectively. This book demonstrates how to create a culture of learning (intentional learning from reflection and feedback focused on successes and failures) that will lead to ongoing performance measurement and improvement. Steve′s expertise is in creating learning cultures in organizations and measuring learning and performance improvement interventions, which he has been doing for over 25 years since leaving the faculty of the University of Michigan, School of Education. He has written extensively about these topics.
