About the Author Jona Piehl is Professor of Communication Design at the HTW Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. As a graphic designer and design researcher her practice focuses on processes and methods of visual storytelling, in particular in the creation of narrative environments, and she has worked on numerous exhibition projects both in Germany and in the UK.
