L'identite de chacun change en permanence en fonction de nos differentes appartenances. L'identite peut alors etre definie par sa plasticite . Elle devient un concept heterogene en constante evolution. A travers une etude comparative d'ecrivains francophones tels que Pierre Mertens, Assia Djebar, Charles De Costers, Rejean Ducharme, Addelkebir Khatibi, Jean-Philippe Toussaint, Girolamo Santocono, Saber Assal et Azouz Begag, et les concepts de voyageur professionnel , d' embabelisation de la langue et d' identite diasporique , ce livre analyse la deterritorialisation de l'identite, la remise en question de la hierarchie des polarites centre-peripherie, Soi-Autre, interieur-exterieur, sujet-objet et l'entree de la notion d'identite dans l'espace des polarites multiples.
