About the Author David Yun Dai received his Ph.D. in psychology from Purdue University. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the National Research Center on the Gifted and Talented after graduation and is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology, at the State University of New York at Albany. Robert J. Sternberg received his Ph.D. in psychology from Stanford University. He is currently IBM Professor of Psychology and Education at Yale University.
