5starcooks AI Initiatives A Complete Guide - 2020 Edition

AI Initiatives are now a critical driver of competitive advantage, yet most organizations lack a clear, repeatable way to evaluate and improve their AI programs. Without a structured assessment, initiatives drift, budgets overrun, and expected business value is never realized. The book presents a self-assessment methodology built around the RDMAICS framework - Recognize, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, Sustain. Across these seven criteria the guide contains hundreds of targeted questions, each scored on a 1-5 scale. The answers generate a radar-chart Scorecard that instantly shows which AI Initiatives areas are strong and which require immediate attention. Even leaders with limited AI experience can complete the assessment in a single workshop and obtain a visual roadmap. Included Professional Toolkit (30+ Deliverables): A fresh, up-to-date toolkit is generated for every purchase. It is organized into ten sections - Getting Started, Assessment and Planning, Models and Frameworks, Processes and Handoffs, Operations and Execution, Performance and KPIs, Quality and Compliance, Sustainment and Support, Advanced Topics, and Reference. The deliverables include Excel worksheets for scoring, PDF guides for best practices, and markdown runbooks for implementation. All templates are specifically crafted for AI Initiatives, avoiding generic project-management forms, and are ready to deploy immediately. Every buyer receives Lifetime Updates. As AI standards, regulations, and technologies evolve, the publisher sends revised content and refreshed toolkit files at no additional cost, ensuring that the guidance remains current and actionable. This guide is designed for senior technology leaders such as Chief AI Officers, AI Program Managers, and Compliance Managers who must demonstrate measurable progress to executives and regulators. For example, a Chief AI Officer can use the assessment to prepare a board-level report that highlights risk areas and a prioritized improvement plan. Developed by The Art of Service, business process architects serving over 100,000 professionals across 160 countries since 2000. Every book and toolkit draws on 25 years of operational-excellence research and a continuously updated knowledge base spanning hundreds of industry frameworks.
