This book shows why a diverse profession is important and drawing on a wide range of good practice, shows how those involved in planning can develop their sensitivity to and expertise in diversity and equality. About the Author Dory Reeves is an independent adviser on planning for equality and diversity. Her work involves facilitating, creative problem solving, writing and teaching. In 2000-2003 she was Maude Clarke Visiting Professor at Queens University Belfast and chaired the steering group that produced the RTPI Gender Audit Toolkit.
