Meltzer is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Communication, University of Mainz. She does research in the field of political communication, with a focus on migration, violence, and gendered aspects of media representation. Jakob-Moritz Eberl is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Communication, University of Vienna.
