He also was Regional Manager in North America and Global Reliability Technology Manager. He traveled to over 30 countries, doing technical trainings, assessing maintenance and reliability organizations and supporting ABB Full Service® sites. Before joining ABB, José worked as a maintenance manager at Bandag (now Bridgestone Bandag, LLC.), as process and project engineering manager at Fairchild Semiconductor and as head of electrical and instruments maintenance in Pirelli, when he started his career.
