He is the founding director of the Smart Villages Lab (SVL) and the lead author of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for Smart Villages. Sally Donovan is a research fellow with the Smart Villages Lab in the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Donovan has over ten year’s experience researching environmental management and environmental policy development. She is a co-author of the book Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for Smart Villages.
