About the Author Mostafa Fahmi Hassanein is Professor of Steel Structures at the School of Civil Engineering and Geomatics, at Southwest Petroleum University, China, and in the Department of Structural Engineering, at Tanta University, Egypt. His research focuses on the analysis and design of steel and composite structures, particularly improving design codes and standards. He has published over 70 papers. YongBo Shao is Professor and Dean of the School of Civil Engineering and Geomatics, Southwest Petroleum University, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Man Zhou is Assistant Professor in the School of Civil Engineering, Central South University, Changsha, Hunan, China.
