About the Author Mostafa Fahmi Hassanein is Professor of Steel Structures at the School of Civil Engineering and Geomatics, at Southwest Petroleum University, China, and in the Department of Structural Engineering, at Tanta University, Egypt. His research focuses on the analysis and design of steel and composite structures, particularly improving design codes and standards. He has published over 70 papers.
