Chapter introductions by general editor Jason Laker guide students through complex theory and reinforce key themes, while end-of-chapter discussion questions and lists of recommended websites provide a kick-start for students to critically engage with the content. About the Author Jason A. Laker is the associate vice-president and dean of student affairs and professor within the Connie L. Lurie College of Education at San Jose State University. Previously, he taught in the Department of Gender Studies and the Cultural Studies Graduate Program at Queen's University, Ontario.
