About the Author Joachim Müller is Director for Management and Finance at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Vienna. He was previously with the UN system for 30 years as Director for Resource Management at the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Geneva, Controller at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Geneva, at the UN Secretariat, New York, and at the UN Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Vienna.
