Description

Give your workout the extra edge it needs with CAP Barbell 50-pound short weighted vest. This weighted workout vest adds resistance to aerobic workouts or any body weight training. This vest features anchor hooks for parachute run training and includes reflective strips for easy visibility if used during walking or running. Adjust the total weight by simply adding or removing individual weight packets. Each packet is filled with 2.5 pounds of iron ore fines. The fully adjustable waist belt and padded shoulder straps allow for a snug and secure fit. This weight vest can be used by both men and women alike and is easily adjustable. The vest is MACHINE WASHABLE. Remove all weight packets before washing. Air dry. Do not use for water activities.
