Description

Experience the full depth of Pharoah Sanders' 1975 Paris session with 'Love is Here', an archival release from Transcendence Sounds that brings together every note recorded at Maison de la Radio's Studio 104 on November 17. The music has been transferred directly from the original stereo tape reels and expertly mastered by Matthew Lutthans at The Mastering Lab, delivering crystal-clear sound that captures the spirit of the era. Joined by pianist and organist Danny Mixon, bassist Calvin Hill, and drummer Greg Bandy, Sanders creates a deeply expressive performance that highlights the improvisational power of spiritual jazz. Recorded using the ORTF technique, the sessions provide a natural stereo image that places listeners in the studio, making each listening experience feel intimate and immediate. This release arrives as new store stock on September 5, 2025, with delivery expected between September 5 and 8, ensuring collectors receive a pristine, never-before-available edition of a historic jazz treasure.
