Description

The Thorens TD 170-1EV is a fully automatic turntable designed for effortless vinyl playback across three speeds: 33 1/3, 45, and 78 rpm, making it ideal for playing shellac records with the appropriate stylus and cartridge. This well-crafted deck eliminates tedious setup work with its automatic operation, letting you start enjoying analogue music immediately. The turntable features a precision belt drive system with an electronically controlled DC motor, a Thorens TP18 tone arm equipped with an OMB-10 cartridge, and a proprietary low-noise bearing system for clean, distortion-free sound. An integrated phono pre-amp is built in for direct connection to powered speakers or amplifiers. With a frequency range of 10-22,000 Hz and 4 mV output voltage, the TD 170-1EV delivers warm, detailed playback. The AC adapter accepts 100-240 V input at 50/60 Hz, offering universal mains compatibility, whilst the 21.1 cm arm length ensures proper tracking across your vinyl collection.
