Description

Elevate your bass performance with the Thomastik-Infeld JR345 Roundcore series. These unique 5-string long scale (34") strings provide a sound profile similar to flat wound strings but with added edge. By using a small diameter nickel alloy winding, they deliver a bite reminiscent of an upright style tone while minimizing the common drawbacks of standard round wound strings, such as excessive squeak and premature fret wear. Designed for musicians who prioritize comfort and instrument longevity, this set features lower tension and specific gauging. This construction increases ease of playability and reduces strain on your instrument's neck without sacrificing output. Whether you are looking for a smoother feel or a specialized tonal character, these nickel round wound strings offer a professional solution for Jazz Bass players.
