Description

Experience a rare musical reunion with the vinyl release of Before We Were So Rudely Interrupted by Secret Records. This recording features the original lineup of The Animals reunited for the first time since their iconic early 1960s run. The band includes Eric Burdon, Alan Price, Hilton Valentine, Chas Chandler, and John Steel. Recorded in 1977, this album is a gritty and understated gem that returns to the blues and R&B roots of the band. It offers a stripped-down, honest, and deeply musical listening experience driven by age and experience rather than the pressure to chase hits.
