Description

Experience the evolution of a songwriter with England Screaming by Tapete. This album represents a long-awaited return to songs written in the Medway Towns between 1982 and 1984. Originally intended for a 1985 release under the name Captains Of Industry, these tracks have finally found their true voice forty years later. Eric Goulden revisits the material that marked his coming of age, transforming songs that were once part of a critically panned project into a liberated musical expression. This release offers a fresh perspective on a classic era of songwriting, providing a sense of artistic redemption through a new, different tone. Perfect for fans of pop and collectors looking for meaningful musical journeys.
