Description
Build and drive the iconic Tamiya Lunch Box 2005, a 1:12 scale radio control model that combines classic minivan styling with monster truck capability. This assembly kit features the distinctive boxy body design raised over oversized wheels, delivering head-turning performance both on and off the track. The Lunch Box has been a Tamiya favourite since its original 1987 release, prized by enthusiasts for its unique aesthetic and reliable handling. Once assembled, you'll need to source a two-channel radio control unit, steering servo, 7.2 volt battery with charger, and Tamiya TS Paint to complete your build. The flat van body panels provide an excellent canvas for custom paint schemes, allowing you to personalise your model with your own design. Whether you're a seasoned modeller or discovering RC vehicles for the first time, this kit delivers the satisfaction of assembly combined with genuine off-road driving fun.

Key Features

Tamiya Lunch Box 2005 features an iconic boxy minivan body raised over monster truck wheels for distinctive styling and improved ground clearance.

The 1:12 scale kit requires assembly and a two-channel radio control unit, steering servo, 7.2 volt battery and charger to operate.

Custom paint application using Tamiya TS Paint allows you to personalise the flat van body panels with your own unique design.

This classic Tamiya model offers reliable performance and handling capabilities developed from decades of RC vehicle engineering experience.

The oversized wheels and elevated suspension design enable the Lunch Box to navigate varied terrain and grab attention with its unconventional appearance.
