Stormshopping Banneton Bread Proofing Basket Set - 23cm Round & 28cm Oval

The 23cm round banneton basket delivers a classic shape ideal for traditional round sourdough loaves with reliable structure throughout proofing.

The 28cm oval banneton provides a larger capacity suitable for longer batard-style loaves or higher-volume dough batches.

Both baskets feature quality linen liners that prevent adhesion whilst allowing moisture exchange for proper crust development during fermentation.

This sourdough starter kit includes all essentials beginners need to start bread proofing without purchasing additional equipment elsewhere.

The removable linen liners on each basket simplify cleaning and maintenance, extending the lifespan of your banneton set for years of baking.

Two-basket set enables simultaneous proofing of different dough types or multiple batches, increasing your bread production flexibility.
